✦ All readings and content provided by Zenith: Cosmic Guide are intended solely for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual exploration. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Zenith: Cosmic Guide provides AI-guided tarot interpretations, birth chart insights, and contemplative guidance ("Readings") through its website and iOS mobile application. All spiritual guides are fictional AI personas, and all readings are generated algorithmically by artificial intelligence. This Disclaimer clearly communicates the nature, scope, and limitations of these Readings.
1. Entertainment and Spiritual Purpose Only
Readings offered by Zenith: Cosmic Guide — including tarot, natal birth chart interpretations, and all other spiritual guidance — are provided purely for entertainment, introspection, and spiritual exploration. They are not based on empirically validated science and are not intended to be taken as fact or objective truth.
The insights shared in a Reading represent one interpretation and are meant to serve as a tool for personal reflection, not as definitive predictions or instructions.
2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
Nothing contained in any Reading, blog post, or other content on this website constitutes professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, or other regulated professional advice.
Specifically, our Readings are not:
- A substitute for consultation with a licensed medical doctor, therapist, counsellor, or mental health professional.
- Legal advice from a qualified attorney or solicitor.
- Financial advice from a certified financial advisor or accountant.
- A replacement for professional relationship counselling or crisis intervention services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or any other urgent situation, please contact the relevant emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
3. No Guarantees of Accuracy or Outcomes
Zenith: Cosmic Guide makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Reading. Tarot and astrology are subjective interpretive arts, and all insights reflect algorithmic interpretations at the time of the Reading.
Results and outcomes described or implied in a Reading:
- Are not guaranteed to occur.
- May not apply to your specific circumstances.
- Can vary significantly depending on individual choices, actions, and external circumstances.
Past readings are not indicative of future results. You should make all important life decisions based on your own judgement and, where appropriate, professional advice.
4. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are choosing to engage with our Services of your own free will and that you take full personal responsibility for any decisions or actions you take as a result of a Reading. Zenith: Cosmic Guide and its representatives are not responsible for any outcomes — positive or negative — that result from your interpretation of or reliance on a Reading.
5. Emotional Sensitivity
Readings may touch on sensitive personal topics including relationships, health, family, finances, and life purpose. If you are in a vulnerable emotional state, please exercise discretion and consider whether a Reading is appropriate for you at this time.
6. Age Restriction
Our Services are intended strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
